Delays

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
- Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable orders due to address errors
Lost or Missing Packages
