United States/EU

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days

Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped
  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch
  • Some orders may arrive in multiple packages due to supplier logistics

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Events outside our control

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable orders due to address errors

Lost or Missing Packages
